Alliance Care was founded by Kevin Castle in 2001. He is still the owner. Kevin has lived in the Duluth area since 1984. His wife and one daughter are Physical Therapist. Two other daughters and a son are also in the medical industry.
The Office Manager is Ashley Delatorre. She has been with Alliance Care since 2004.
Jackie Perez Manages Insurance and Personnel Records. She has been with Alliance Care since 2012.
Patty Sutlive is likely the person you will get if you call us. Patty also started in 2012 and she is also an experience Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
Karen Manglass is our Clinical Director, joining Alliance Care in 2002.
